Ways you can help as a parent volunteer/supporter:
Our goal as a community is to make sure all our shows are amazing every year so that our profits keep our Capuchino Drama alive, thus, enabling us to fund Drama students' scholarships and future drama productions at Capuchino High School. Any means of support goes a long way.

Rehearsal Calendar for CAST & CREW
- Sign Up for bringing meals to feed students during crew weekend workdays and cast long rehearsals, donating food for concession stand, and volunteering during show days.
- T-shirts and hoodies order form. We will print the t-shirts at a local small business.

Ways you can help as a parent volunteer/supporter:
- T-shirt sales - to help advertise an upcoming show & souvenir for the directors, crew, cast actors, family & friends
- Publicity - ask for donations from companies, or ask companies to advertise in our playbill to offset the cost of the programs POSTER/Publicity Location List
- Purchase a Break-A-Leg wish for your student. I will be printed in the playbill
- Marketing - put up posters, requesting different entities to advertise for us
- Posting on social media - Instagram, Facebook, Nextdoor, Twitter, etc.
- Flyer distribution to local schools & parents in person or using PeachJar
- Outreach to Local Newspapers & TV Channels
- Print the tickets, create banners and any other marketing material with approval from Director
- Provide food/snacks for the students on Crew build Saturdays and Tech Week night dinners for Cast & Crew
- Donate food to sell for concession items for fundraising on the day of the actual shows
- Help sell in the Concession Window - set-up, sell (before show, during intermission & at end of show) & clean up
- Help in the Ticket Booth - selling tickets before the performances
- Prep & Help at the Raffle table - selling raffle tickets in the theater lobby before the performances & during intermission
